Every flight is operated by an air-taxi company with a current certificate under RAC 135 and insurance in force. You know who operates your flight before you pay.

The quote includes airport fees, handling, crew and VAT. What you see in the chat is what you pay.
Documents before, not on the apron
IDs or passports, weights and pet papers are collected in the chat the day before. You arrive and board.

If Olaya Herrera closes for fog, we move you to Rionegro and re-time your driver before you find out.

Questions
What people ask first.
- Is Volá an airline?
- No. Volá is an intermediary service. Flights are operated by Aerocivil-certified air-taxi companies, and we contract the whole aircraft in your name.
- Can I buy a single seat?
- Not yet. Colombian regulation does not allow air taxis to sell individual seats. We quote the whole aircraft and you decide who fills it.
- How do I pay?
- With a payment link in the chat: PSE, Bancolombia transfer or credit card, in pesos. International cards are welcome.
- How far ahead should I write?
- For domestic flights, same day is often possible. In high season (December, Holy Week, July) allow a week.
- Can pets fly?
- Yes, in the cabin, with the proper paperwork. We sort it out in the chat.
- Which airport do I leave from?
- Olaya Herrera, in the city, whenever the aircraft and the weather allow. For jets and night flights, Rionegro.
